Front Number Plate

Post by DaveBee » Sat Jan 26, 2019 7:10 pm

I know there's lots of threads on the size of these things etc. but I'm just hoping someone can save me the trouble of taking mine off right now.

Does anyone know with the standard, full size holder what the measurement between the screws is please?

Thank you.
David

Not sure what the fuss is with the number plate holder/smaller plate. Just took my number plate holder off. Screwed though the new plate to lign up with the original holes for the number plate holder. Job done!

Have to agree, that's what I would have done if the plate wasn't a inch to short either side of the inserts. Put a picture up TB with result.

No number plate holder. Just screwed through the new shorter plate to line up with old number plate holder screws! Job done! 👍

That looks perfect for me, straight on to the honeycomb without a plastic holder.

TB I got a great deal on mine it's just a 2x2 from a auction. There's a range rover just up the road with a 2 letter plate its obscene!

You can see the holes close up but really unnoticeable
