RS6 C7 rear ceramic disc technical drawing / measurements

Anybody out there have a technical drawing for the rear ceramic discs please? Or know the measurements? Not talking about overall size as I know they are 370 x 30mm. Or do you have a spare one sitting around to measure?
Also, does anyone know if the standard pads will fit into the ceramic calipers? I read a long time ago that the rear calipers were the same for steels and ceramics but not sure how they manage such a difference is disc thickness (steels are 22mm thick and ceramics are 30mm thick) unless ceramics pads are much thinner to begin with. They obviously have different part numbers as thru are different colours so can't tell if the rest is the same or not.
