Other than the mechanical stuff, is there any adaptation/coding needs to be done? Have got terrible brake judder, new discs and pads (2nd set new pads). Wheels checked as good also...

If it’s rears, You’ll need a tool like VCDS to retract and reset the epb.

Pretty sure you need a battery charger connected too
