New RS6 Owner, 2nd RS in as many months story!

Evening Gents,
I have been lurking for a while and wanted to become more active on the forum.
I'm the proud new owner of my second RS6 within the last 2 months and just wanted to share my story for any that are interested!
I set my sights on a post facelift RS6, looking and researching for months before finally finding one which ticked all the boxes available for sale down South.
It was a beautiful, low mileage, one owner Sepang Blue '16 plate with all the options I wanted (and more!! fully loaded).
I agreed a PX, price and put a deposit down. Collecting it a week later. I never test drove the car, I checked it over but took comfort from the fact it still had a manufacturers warranty and the dealer is a well respected performance car specialist.
The drive back up the road was awesome, best car I have ever driven (and the first RS6).
I had the car for about 2 weeks, when I experienced it 'stumble' under heavy acceleration one night, it was quite a violent shudder as it stopped accelerating before taking up on the acceleration again, concerned me at the time but then faded out of my mind.
This stumbling issue happened a second time a week later but also flashed up an emissions light which curiously went away on its own accord about a minute later (not what I was used to).
I decided to stick it in to Audi to get it checked out, I waited at the garage for the initial diagnosis and was relieved to see the service advisor coming back to me around 20 minutes later - only for him to inform me that not only did the car have a Miltek but it was also remapped to over 700bhp. Warranty well and truly voided, Audi wouldn't touch it.
Luckily the original garage I bought it from were totally straight with me and offered me a full refund for the car as it was sold as being standard and under Audi warranty.
They took their car back and I am now the proud owner of a '16 Nardo Grey car with Carbon pack and Audi warranty until 2019. I have to admit the car is as glorious to drive but I am missing the exhaust note of the Miltek (the Audi Sports Exh just isn't the same!) - spoke with Audi and generally they seem to say you can change to no original components but if any faults occur that can be attributed to the modification the warranty will be void. Seriously tempted!!
Separately, I see the original garage now have the original car up for sale but are now stating the modifications but still saying it is warrantied!
Even the garage I bought the second car from had a '17 PE which was stage 2 + exhaust and they were claiming it to have manufacturers warranty! Surely these guys must know??
Personally, I love the Nardo car even more than the Sepang and am absolutely delighted to have the RS6 - better than I could ever have imagined! Can't help but look lovingly at it every time I pass it.
I'm just glad I dealt with a half decent garage and not some back street dealer who could have shut up Shop and left me in the lurch!
