I always use Opie oils if you put your reg in it tells you what and how much you need. My local dealers always allow me to supply the oil and as said just charge labour

Should you BMW M5 f10 LL01
And Audi RS6 C7 502 00 (I have them bought and use this oil always)
Change every 8000-10000km

Oil should be changed every 15k km, if car tuned more often

And yes i change more often than yours 15k km. I change every 8000-10000km and always use Redline 5w40 i use this my bmw m5 f10 2014 and my RS6 C7 2017

Defenetly if those are 502 or 504

The XF is 502.00 and 505.01, trident their long life one is VW 502.00/505.00, VW 502.00/505.01, VW 504.00/507.00
