Squeaking from steering wheel.

Afternoon men.
Just wanted to know if anyone has had a squeaking noise coming from the steering wheel? It usually happens on the move whilst turning to the left. The noise comes directly from back of the steering wheel around the area that the wheel connnects to the hub. Sounds like a creaking door. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I just fitted my wheel Spacers a few days ago. Didn’t really notice it prior to that. Coincidence or not it’s annoying the hell out of me. If anyone can shed some light on this And provide a possible solution I would be eternally grateful
