Euhm unless i read it wrong: new 36mm and like it says on the disks min thickness: 34.4mm (i know, that would mean they are worn if only 0.3mm is gone, sounds not right).
If i'm not wrong, the inner and outer not fully drilled holes correspond with the min thickness. Meaning if you almost level with those holes = replace disks.

1.6mm wear and they need replacing. Sounds about right. The B7 had 2mm wear.

I’m looking at buying from the main dealer I said about the wear marks but they say they are not worn out yet the current discs are level with the marks you can only just see the faint outline. Can’t even feel the marks with my finger. They said they replace anything that is more than 25% worn that’s the requirement for approved used Audi in the uk. Can anyone confirm these are wear marks before I go back to dealer?

You would need to measure them, but if you can't see the dimple I would say they are worn out. How many miles has the car done?

They maybe the originals, if they are they need changing. Get them to measure them. Have you checked the history on the car, are there any invoices for the service work?
