How often should I get my C7 serviced?
Light service/big service...

Yeah that would be a start but sitting in the office with no manual to hand, I thought I would ask you guys to satisfy my curiosity

The car will tell u when next service is due. I’m 80k in on my car and so far following Audi service intervals has been fine with my car.

Probably simplest to log into myAudi, and then you have access to all the manuals etc relevant to your vehicle.

I have mine serviced every year or 9000 miles. They keep trying to change it on to the variable service but I keep asking for fixed.

Spot on - why specifically 9000 miles?

I'm the same as Mike 9k I change all oil and filters so I'm normally ahead of there servicing, the inspections are a bit of a farce but generally timed in with something else, in my case break service and that's just a fluid change I think.
I always just get oil changed early , air filters , oil filters, no point I waiting when these cheap cmpontents defend it all . Other than the coils and sparks which I'll due in about 15k I also find by doing it the wY I do it keeps big bills down as there's not really one huge service as it's always getting attention .

If you switch to fixed servicing it makes you service it every 9k or 12 months whichever comes first. I'd rather do that than leave it on variable servicing and only change the oil every 18k or whenever it says before then.

FYI, if you are thinking those mileages seem a little odd, the 9k and 18k comes from our European friends and their metric system. Their servicing is 15,000km and 30,000km which equates to a little over 9k and 18k miles.

Makes perfect sense, I did think the numbers were a bit odd
