Prices have gone up on stock for a full spec RS6 like a lot have on here your looking at 120k
Best case end of 2019 but there's a Audi sales rumour that the S models are next year and we won't see a new RS6 until 20 . As said all just speculations .

Outside I like the new C7 better, personally . The interior! Wow , it's like when 911 997-2 changed out to the 991 cockpit . Looking forward to seeing it.
The end of 2020 for release would be ideal - give me plenty of time to save! The interior is pretty awesome looking, no buttons and all touch screen etc. However I bet (and hope) that someday good old buttons make a comeback, without sounding like a laggard. Remember the Nokia 3310, LP records - they're cool again!! :jump_clap:
The good old 3310 think I had a 6610 which is mental as we had been trying to have a bean size phone now the bigger the better! Let's keek the C7 lock them away for 40 years and it will be worth a Small fortune with along side the new world of no more money for HMRC to take full control and the electric take over.

New RS engine is a hybrid isn't it and has more LCD screens than currys,I think it will work ... Audi has gone to soft in the the gen looks though, SQ7 new RS4 .. Lost that edge in my opinion again internal cockpits are fantastic .

I love the new interiors but wonder how safe it is when you have to keep looking at the screen to see what you are adjusting. At least with the current car I can adjust temp without looking down.

Second that - no way near as aggressive as I was hoping. Makes me glad to have the C7

Different folks different strokes. I think the market trend is towards subtlety (Honda aside) and I prefer the Q car look. Which is why I went for a new RS4 (de-badged)- I use my car for work - but I understand why others think the new look is too low key.

I've heard that the standard 2019 RS6 will have 605 and the performance model will have a 650 engine. They are using the 4.0 V8 still. However the 2019 S6 is set to get the 2.9 V6 I think which will upset the displacement nuts. Good question though, when will it come out? Hopefully not for ages as I've just bought my 2017 model!!!
Yeah lots of rumours about it having 600ps but still all rumours. Nothing been confirmed officially by Audi. Not even had RS7 confirmed yet. There is never any talk of performance models before we even have the model announced.
I have heard dealers have been offered a choice of low, medium and high spec demo cars already but without any details.
I spoke to my local dealer last week and they have gone for the high spec option and as you say with no detail as a showroom car and it was well north of £100k🙀🙀

It really gets to me (and it shouldn't as I love my C7) when they bring out a new model! I guess it hurts more as I only bought my C7 a few weeks ago and then all of a sudden BANG! there's a new one on the horizon. However, I heard that there was only 544 C7s registered in the UK... Does that sound right??? If so then it will make me feel a little bit better about the new one coming out.

No way off. The How Many Left website whilst not entirely accurate shows approx 1700 C7s and a further 1100 Performance models. That's not far off 3000 models.

However, I don't think we will see a new version for ages yet. current orders of RS4 are being delayed until well into next year. RS7 not announced yet and that will precede the RS6. Then you will want to wait for the discounts to kick in, then the facelift model will not be far behind then shortly after that we might see a Performance version. That's when you'll want to buy one.

For me personally, I don't think I'd be buying one until it is about 3 years old.
