Buying Advice for a first timer

Hello Everyone.
I last asked for advice just over a year ago when I came very close to buying a 2015, pre-facelift RS6 Avant from my local dealer. I was very grateful for your advice and regret to say that I bottle'd it and bought a BMW 335d instead. It's a very good car, however, isn't an RS6 and I can't settle in it.
Anyway, now I'm back trying to scratch the itch and have found a very nice September 2015 car. It's had one owner, new front discs and pads, all its services and the DRC shock absorbers replaced for the revised versions.
It comes with nearly 33,000 miles, the 4 year warranty (to Sept 2019) and is fitted with Carbon Styling Pack, Pan Roof, Red Brake Calipers, Privacy Glass, DRC, Sports Exhaust, heated front and outer rear seats.
It doesn't have 21" wheels which I'm OK with, give the state of the roads.
It's £56,000
What does everyone think? It feels a tad pricey? What would be a good price?
Any other advice would be very welcome.
Thank you (again),
Chris

Sorry, can't give any advice, but it's had new revised drc??? That correct? Can't believe they're still having to revise drc

If it helps - I sold my March 15, 39k miles all bills, new front discs, Pan, privacy, Red Callipers, Dynamic Pack, Milltk and Audi Warranty for £50 in Feb of this year
Guy who purchased it off me bought a new R8 V10 last week and has sold his/my old RS6 with 42kmiles for £50k too
The warranty would be a big peace of mind for your prospective car; come resale time, the Pan roof is a plus and the carbon styling pack will help as it was a circa £3500 option when new
You'll love the car- I'm on my second as I can't find anything thats as good all rounder. Had some fun with a new 991 Carrera last night - bye bye 991.

£56K seems pricey to me for a 15 plate. Fontain have a 65 plate PE for £59950 / 23 000 miles / Dynamic Pack / Assist Pack / Parking Advanced / Keyless Entry / Red Calipers plus a few other bits. The only thing it doesn't have is the Pano roof which may be a deal breaker but it is certainly a pretty good price. Always very good to deal with and are very selective about the cars they sell. Certainly gives you a bench mark...

It is my old car. All original paint and panels and owned by me from new. No issues other than judder from rear brakes which needs sorting (it has new pads in back but probably needs new discs too). Pricey though.
BTW I bought it after 6 months in a F31 BMW too. You won’t regret the move.

And regarding the DRC - it had a whole new set up ( control valves and 4 second gen - for C7 - dampers) because of knocking. Done around 18k from memory and problem free since. It had the issue from new.

A cooking Carrera is only 370 horse assuming it’s a gen 2, less than that if gen 1. So in a traffic light Grand Prix there’s only one winner. Corners another matter. Bye bye RS6. Dynamically there’s no contest.
And if it’s a TTS/GT3RS/GT2RS it’d disappear in the pork’s mirror rapidly.
Horses for courses innit.
