Brake shudder

Post by Singhaa88 » Sat May 12, 2018 9:10 am

Hey all...

Had the dreaded brake shudder, most notably between 60/40mph... hard braking didn’t rectify it at all.

Ended up going new discs and pads all round whilst in at Audi getting a service...

Question is, how many miles have others done to bed in new brakes?

Yeah I’ve seen that before previously, was just asking about how many miles people do to bed them in before hitting them harder...

Audi have recommended 150 miles but seems a little low?
