Chargecooler water level??

Guys - how do I check and fill up the fluid level in the chargecooler?

Using MMI - in settings under Dilithium Drive.

So the C7 has twin air-air intercoolers and a single air-water charge-cooler between the throttle bodies and the inlet manifold(s).

My inlet and return pipes from the chargecooler feel empty or at least, not under pressure.

My old X6M had the same and it was dry also.
