Rear wiper delete for 2015 RS6 C7

And come on Doodle, are you saying none of us should mod our cars in any way to make them look better unless we own an 812? One could argue if you own an 812 you don't need to mod it to make it look prettier and it's the 'uglier' cars like the C7 that need all the help they can get.

That will depend how many 812s end up in a hedge facing the wrong way I suspect!

The TV runs on the MMI alone Mike. Its a retrofit courtesy of a tuner and ariels fitted by Sextons, here in Hampshire, (Anthony there is a bit of a wizard with after-market electronics). Interestingly the tuner required turns out to be one for a virtual dash (the analogue one ordered first was not compatible), as it seems the back of the dash has sockets that match those of the virtual dash models, so perhaps Audi came close to having a virtual dash on the C7 RS6. The car having its own SIM and internet access, there was never likely to be much need for TV in the back and I didn't want the comfort seats. When parked up and waiting as the family "taxi cab" its useful to have a TV I find and even if not watching its still good sometimes to be able to listen in to live action on the move.

I actually think the back looks odd without it and I wouldn’t be without mine. I’ve driven in all weather conditions in last 16 months and when your driving on the motorway and the rear screen is getting layered with muck it’s invaluable.

Ok guys, let's not fall out over a rear wiper. Some of us like it, some don't. Still a free world (for a while).

Deleted it on my corrado, B5 and C6, never an issue and never felt like I was missing it. If you like it, keep it. If you don’t, remove it and you’ll get by just fine
