Or buy a set of OEM plastic covers that have been carbon skinned. Perfect fit and looks like real carbon.

I tried the carbon caps on mine but they just didn’t look right so I went for a satin wrap, much better. Where are you based in the uk if down south I can recommend a top wrap company

The proper OEM ones are awesome, everything else I’ve seen looks pony. I’m not keen on wraps as they look exactly that, a wrap.

But, the OEM caps are best part of 2k each side from your chosen parts supplier.

I had the Raywell ones which looked ok to start but after only a few months the lacquer seemed to sink into the carbon. Raywell were actually very good on the customer service front and took them back for a full refund

The mirrors arrived quickly and well packaged - that’s the good but... I fitted the mirrors which pretty straightforward but hen removed them straight away! Maybe I was unlucky but the fit around the indicators was terrible... see phots vs original.

I spend a while seeing if there was anything I could do to align them better, but they only go in one position which left them looking terrible.

To a passing eye or from a distance they look fantastic it’s only when you look up close, and I couldn’t face seeing the terrible alignment every time I’m driving...

Time to talk to a local wrapper!

And in the plus side I learnt how easy it was to take the mirrors off!

Here’s a guide if you need it:

Just had my set arrive, and they don’t look anywhere near as bad as the gap on your photos.

Maybe you were just unlucky on your pair, but you can see they’ve used an Audi genuine set of wing mirror covers, so they should fit.

My car is at Audi at the moment, but I’ll confirm when I’ve fitted them. The finish also looks very nice!
