Parking pack advance

No mention of dynamic pack - have enquired at the dealership?

Is the dynamic pack a must have???? - never driven one without as my previous had it on

Pack has dynamic steering which I think best avoided - but DRC component (available separately) s regarded as important by some.

I ordered from new and agonised over this, in the end I went for DRC only because I don't like dynamic steering and I am happy with my decision. That said, I have a feeling that the standard set up might just suit the character of the car better, it is not the most nimble thing I've driven but it rides very well and the drivetrain and box are superb, on balance I'd say go for the car you have seen but I'm sure there'll be plenty suggesting otherwise.

Ive heard of many people that really like the air suspension and it does seem appropriate for this car (must be, otherwise DRC would be standard, particularly on the PE).
However I drove both and just felt that Air wasn’t right for me and so DRC was a must. I never saw a 2nd hand example with just DRC, so I guess most people look for the Dynamic Pack just to get the DRC (and just accept the dynamic steering - which suits me fine!).

I've driven both and found that the DRC was a must. Air suspension had a little bit too much body roll for my tastes.

Get a test drive of the car as that is the only to tell if you would be happy with it or not.

Loads have just DRC, including mine. I really don’t like dynamic steering but each to their own.

I can take or leave dynamic steering. But for me DRC was a must. I drove cars with and without DRC and found air suspension cars rolled too much through the bends. DRC rolls too much for my liking too but it's much better than air.

That is not right. Clever LED lights, sport diff, dimming mirror etc are all standard on current RS6. It is just speed limit, dynamic steering and DRC.

But it is still wrong :) Ignore the pictures under the text, they are not right.
This is all it includes - which is what the text on the configurator actually says.

"Top speed restriction increase to 174mph*

RS Sport suspension plus with Dynamic Ride Control (DRC)
Enhanced suspension set-up which consists of a special shock absorber system that counteracts pitch and body roll movement without using any electronic devices. With DRC, diagonally opposed shock absorbers on the car are linked together hydraulically. A central valve varies the shock absorber operating characteristic, for example when the steering wheel is turned and the car is cornering, so that movement around the longitudinal axis (roll) is significantly reduced. DRC uses the same principle to counteract body movement around the transverse axis (pitch) when the car is accelerated or braked. There is a choice of three settings: Comfort, Dynamic or Auto.

Dynamic steering
Improves comfort and handling by dynamically regulating steering according to the driving situation. Allows steering feel to be adapted to road speed and the chosen Audi Drive Select mode. With this technology, driving is more agile under everyday conditions, while directional stability and precision are increased at high speeds and in demanding driving situations. Also enhances active safety with corrective steering inputs if critical situations are detected."
