Battery indicator in MMI

Post by rtd » Fri Feb 02, 2018 7:50 pm

On the C6 there was a hidden menu which displayed the health of the battery in the MMI, which was accessible when you had unlocked via Vagcom.

Anyone know if this is case for the C7?

The ECU can read and record the battery voltage as it is stated on most failures when viewing with VCDS.
There is a mod to enable the display using VCDS but I tried it and can't find the voltage displayed anywhere. Pretty sure it is possible, just need someone to figure out how. Many of the codes / options on VCDS are still unknown for the C7.
