Lighter ports not working

Both of them are not charging my phone. I'm guessing it's the fuse.

I had the roof covered in alkantara so they probably broke something

Where are the fuses? Any fuse diagram?

...and in your manual there is a fuse overview/layout to easy find where the lighter ports fuse are.

I had the same problem but it kept blowing as soon as I plugged anything in - turned out there was a staple inside the 12v socket - it was shorting the connection. Worth checking you don’t have anything stuck in there.
