Had an E63 AMG which was a lovely car. The RS6 was by far faster and better handling.
I hear you completely but from a second hand market point of view...is it 15k better when I can get a decent spec e63 omg for 35k and looking at least 50k for the audi

How long do you plan on keeping them for? Shouldn't you also consider what they will be worth when you want to sell them?
For example if you plan on selling in 2 years and the Merc will be worth 20k and the Audi will be worth 30k isn't the question is the Audi 5k better?

I’ll be keeping my next car for at least 4-5 years so Won’t it be the Audi that takes more of a depreciation hit?

but which car do you want?

Both cars are great. You will have fun in both - its a good dilemma to have :) 4-5 yrs is quite long with a car so the fun factor will have to be high. Im lucky that ive had both and would not be disappointed with either again and im sure you will be happy with either as well. If its an equal choice then I would go back into the RS6 over the AMG

well...definately prefer the RS6 if they both cost the same!
