When I had my last service at Stratford upon Avon audi, i asked for a second opinion on my front brakes thinking they would defo be due replacement very soon - service rep goes into garage and comes back to report that ‘they didn’t need replacing as I had top of the line brakes the ceramics’, after picking myself up of the floor I told him I didn’t have ceramics I had steels at which point I also asked if they knew what they were doing!!!!!

were you in for a service? I ask as did he not say your next inspection service is due i 3k miles!?

Was in for an oil change and the investigative work on the suspension fault
Having the inspection done at the same time, as as its 3k miles or 141days. Can't be bothered to bring it back again.
Air con re gassed too
Not bothering with rear pads / discs, windscreen or tyres.
