My conti’s are nearly done. Been looking at what to order. Sounds like Michelin had two options but one has just discontinued now so just a Pilot Super Sport available at £334.78 ea from Costco.
This looks like the best option, any other thoughts?

Pirelli, Dunlop, Continental, Toyo, Michelin are about all you get.
Had Dunlops on my car up till now and just changed over to the Pirelli. I felt the dunlops did not last well at all. Had conti's on my R8 and couldnt fault them.
Michelin have always been good.

I bought my P Zeros for Tyreleader for £260 last month. Also managed to get a set of 21inch winter tyres for £330 each.

The p zeros on my 20s are shocking (I say shocking but in fact they are just as bad as they have been on previous cars so not really shocking at all). The factory Dunlop on my 21s are much better than the pirellis but still not great. Not really a direct comparison but contis on the RS3 are as bad as the pirellis.
so for the 21s, the only tyre I'll fitting is the Michelin Pilot Super Sports even though they don't come with the R01 stamp.
But as said above, the 20s have a much better choice with both the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and Continental Sport Contact 6 available in that size.
Given the lack of decent summer tyres I've considered using my 20s for summer tyres and using the 21s for winter tyres.

That just sounds the wrong way round, you want smaller wheels with deeper tyres for winter.
What's wrong with PSS on 21's anyway? PS4S will come eventually but meanwhile PSS is a very good tyre.

I also would say 21 inch summer and 21 inch winter, no point using 20 inch

Lots of point if you drive on British roads and want round wheels

- 20s have more sidewall and wheels are stronger (forged) and much lighter. I do 15k miles a year in my car on lots of B roads and got so fed up buying new alloys for my 5 series BMW that when I switched to Audi I vowed to avoid fragile wheels. I like a smooth ride!

I've always had smaller alloys for winter for exactly those reasons.
Currently have 20's for summer (with PS4S on as you can get those in 20") and 18's for winter (D2).

It sounds the wrong way round and my intention was for 20s for winter and 21s for summer but I'm quite enjoying the 20s at the moment (other than the crap factory pirellis) and the better choise of summer tyres in 20s made me ponder whether to change the original plan.
But yes PSS are very good tyres.

Cheapest I found fitted a few months back was black circles. Tyreleader was slightly cheaper but once you factored in the cost of fitting then black circles was a bit cheaper. However, the prices fluctuate quite a bit so might not reflect the current cheapest.
