Strange plate, so one could forgive the person who took the photo thinking it might be a cloned plate, but its not

Cars can be nicked and then get parked up for a period of time to see if it has a tracker...

This. Especially in this case - at a glance, you might wonder whether someone fitted a set of cloned plates from a 2007 car to 'hide' a stolen RS6 from ANPR etc

No disrespect to the owner if he does, but having just had a look on Google Streetview, that area really doesn't look like the kind of place you'd find an owner of a £100k car, nor the kind of place you'd voluntarily leave it! :shock:

I'd wager it's been stolen and is being kept there to see if it has a tracker fitted.
