That's good to hear.
Are you permitted to say whether or not the tuner came good? Could be useful info for the community (e.g. influence whether or not to choose one tuner over another and/or whether or not to tune at all).

My advise would be not to tune at all

That would suggest (to me at least) that the tuner has sloped shoulders and left you with a bill that looks like a Chinese Guard Report!
Odd how the C6 tunes very well but there have been a few issues with the C7

It would be a rare man to admit to that as this thread has shown!
Not too far a stretch of imagination to have Audi UK regularly scanning these boards or have their investigation team have it as a ‘go to’ place if they smell a rat. We’re talking big bills here for blown engines.

I think the way this thread went from the start would suggest that there’s not going to be much of an honest closure here? I may be wrong but this whole thing was a fishing trip based around a large smoke screen from the start?

This thread was originally about a different car altogether.

You’re correct Mike and I still have that car now out of warranty but too scared to have it mapped just in case.

It's Audi UK - I'm not so sure those people can even read. Getting dressed in the morning must be a stretch for them, such is there astounding incompetence.

Probably suffer from ED too - 'Oh dear, darling - it seems to be flacid' - 'No, love, that's just a feature'.

Silly question: will the spray pattern be the same if the pressure was closer to idle or WOT? 4 bar is low compared to where is 'spose to be at innit {50bar or 200bar}

Cheers Dave - top lad. Want to drum your greasy hands against those cars a bit more mate? Also, want to name any of the other owners and list their full fleet? 'kin ell, brother.

I watched the clip but didn’t actually say what the engine failure was unless I missed it ?? Mine was a valve spring snapping no idea why but that’s what caused £40K worth of damage 😫😫
