C7 Facelift - Bose - Sub Options?

Have the MY16 RS6.
Unfortunately I didnt opt for the B&O System.
That said i've noticed the amp has a plug which would appear to be for adding sub?
Anyone have any solutions here without having to replace the amp etc?

Not sure which plug you mean but it already has a sub. Not a great one but it does have one.
The only solution I have found is to add another amp and sub.
I even tried powering my aftermarket sub from the bose amp and it actually drive it fairly well but I imagine any prolonged use would have damaged my sub.

I've actually removed mine now and I am back to the Bose sub.
The B&O sub looks like it's a straight swap for the B&O but not sure how much benefit it would give and it is ridiculously expensive for what it is.

....for audio in a bean can.
B&O isn't that special, there's plenty of better Hi-fi kit.

Yes but for what is available as an OEM offering it's the bomb

I agree with doodle, as an overall OEM system B&O is pretty good, but nowhere near £6k good. Not a patch on the system I installed in my RS4 for a fraction of the cost. But it's all hidden etc so convenient. However, be careful if retrofitting as the facelift cars use a different MOST data system so the pre-facelift B&O amps (or Bose for that matter) won't work in a facelift car.
