Had to take my car in for a service this morning, what a complete nightmare!

Arrived at the dealers, so many cars there I had to park on the kerb outside, went in to "check in" and it was chaos in there! Never in all my days have I seen such unorganised chaos.

This for me is the one thing wrong with buying an expensive RS Audi, when I took the GTS in to my local OPC it was a lovely experience.

On a slightly better note all is well with the car (as you'd expect with only 8k on the clock and 12 months old), even got a 30 second video stating this with my car on the ramp in the background, I can't help but think it is silly things like this that hold everything up!

Sounds like a badly managed dealership. Mine is like a sea of tranquillity.

Was quite shocked at the amount of RS vehicles in for a service today, there was my RS6, a B7 RS4, an RS6 Perf and a C5 RS6!

Sooner I get it back the better, can't help but worry with it being sat there with such a massive amount of cars, we all know what they are like.

You need to get them to put cones round it once it's done.
