PSS initial impressions

Got my winter wheels and tyres taken off and a fresh set of Michelin PSS installed the other day. My car came originally equipped with Contis in 21" and my winter setup is Dunlops in 21" too. Both set-ups have the silent tyre tech. From the short drive back home and some more driving yesterday I noticed that the PSS rides much harsher than the Conti. Turn in is way more impressive and there is even a hint of steering feel now. Much better than before in both of these respects. Sidewalls must be much stiffer on the PSS. Cant comment on the grip as weather is quite shoddy presently and I just haven't got enough miles on them for a good impression. Ride is definitely harsher with the car losing some of its fluidity (mine is on DRC). Tyre noise is more than before with more drone making its way into the cabin but again I would like to drive some more especially on highways for better assessment on the noise.

I had a new set of MPSS fitted and just done about 1,000 miles across Scotland and back over a week. Initial personal impression is that they are 10x better than the Dunlop R01s, especially the wet grip. I also haven't noticed the torque steer issue has now mostly gone but that might also be due to lowered suspension and full alignment done recently.
