Test drove a 2014 RS6 this weekend. OMG WOW... The smile factor is amazing.. The pops and bangs are very addictive. I have a A6 TDI as my current daily but in the market for a RS6 now.

The RS6 I drove was the perfect spec for me and just what I wanted, it had the Dynamic Pack, sports exhaust, 21's, pano, rear camera, and in grey however I must have a tow bar retrofitted and it sounds like the DRC can cause problems with this so I need to do some more reading up. I have a track car so need a tow bar to pull this around the country. The car has a little over 40k on the clock.

I will need to finance any RS6 that I buy, looking into a PCP I need to buy the newest car with the least amount of miles as possible to get the best residual value to minimise the finance costs. I know not everyone will agree with financing an RS6 but its the only way i'll be able to buy own.

I know a guy with a well specced car who text me earlier about selling. His car is on air so better suited to towing. I've just text him to let him know about this post.

If you'd only been looking a few weeks ago... I ended up trading my Sepang Blue RS6 on air + tow bar (+rather tasty specification) into Shaks Specialist Cars in Huddersfield...

I'm still on the hunt. Looking every few hours on the trader lol.

Turns out DRC suspension is a no no.. As I won't be able to insure the car as its not type approved / Homologated for towing. Shame.

Thanks for sharing.. I need a low mileage 2014 car to get a decent balance between residual value and cost of car to give me the monthly payments I need.

one for sale here - can't be many with the spec, quite a few miles though but looks good value!
