Cheers!
What do I do with them? My insurance doesn't require a tracker.

It's for the Vodafone Cobtratrak 5 system. Would need to be activated and a subscription setting up. Easy fix. If you don't need it then ignore it, as far as I know it's not an easy thing to pull out and resale. It's a good system to have as extra security.

The only part you are right about is it's a Cobratrak. You're wrong about everything else cause it's totally useless and only fitted in 2 different places as authorised by Audi. Removed within seconds by thieves. No security benefit at all and the only job it serves is to satisfy insurance companies with a piece of paper. Trust me I have first hand experience as some of you already know.

I had one of these in mine but never activated it. Unfortunately it malfunctioned after I changed the battery. Ended up having to get the car lifted to dealer until the fault could be found. Cobra trak were really good though sorted the problem and covered all my costs plus a goodwill bonus.
It might be worth contacting Cobra trak just to make sure the software is up to date. They do it all remotely but it will save you having the same problems I had. No need to pay any subscription you can just leave it installed for any future new owner.

Thanks for letting me know I'm wrong about everything else

I have one installed and so far no real issues apart from the fact the fob signal can get masked by items in my pocket and create a false alarm. I use a mixture of technical & physical measures plus some common sense in keeping hold of my car. Nothing is foolproof though.
