I've sent an email to Oscar Goldman directing them to this thread. . Thought that it was the right thing to do. Wouldn't want to know that some innocent people buying that car could get hurt or even killed.

Have always wondered about that outfit. They seem to have the lion's share of the ex Audi C7s. Must bid high and hold out for the suckers to pay the screen price.

OP. Just out of interest was you using the ACC at the time or was you driving by foot?

As an aside, the reason I got rid of my GolfR was the ACC. No non adaptive option. Had a number of near misses (stationary cars not recognised, motorway emergency stops). Only circumstances the ACC felt competent was in a 50mph zone moderated by average speed cameras.

When hunting for my RS6PE, key criteria was no autonomous technology.

It's strange wording, but health and safety class a "near miss" as a miss. Tis RetArded.

Several years ago this was realised at work and we changed the wording from Near Miss to Near Hit.
