I dont know what yo do anymore. I trade 3 times my front pad brakes (some with 1k miles) because of the noise. A sharp noise... you can hear 2 blocks far

What can i do? The dealer does not give me a good answer for that.

I used this pad brake number: 4H0698151C

Audi rs6 c7 2014
9k miles
21 inch
Ceramic brakes

That sound would drive me crazy!

Have you tried bedding them in a way similar to this procedure:

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=1552095

I know from our karting days [different but still same principal] that for the specialist pads that we used [for steel] it was critical to follow the bedding in procedure or we got excessive glazing which resulted in both poor performance and increased noise. We used a cheap IR type thermometer [eBay] to check our temperatures were around what our procedure said [accuracy is ok if you measure over a short distance]. Might be too late to try the bedding in procedure but must be worth a try to get rid of that noise!

[note:I have steel brakes so just sharing an opinion]

I did... in the second time that i trade, i went to a track day in the next day... hard braking and accel... but the noise doesnt stop.

With these one now, i did some hard braking, the noise "disapear" for the next 2 standart braking and at the third standart braking, the noise appears

I don't profess to be an expert at any level with brakes....however I think discs and pads have something on surface, whether that's wear and tear or a baked on film or similar causing noise once pads are applied .

Is it all four or just fronts??....both fronts??

Both fronts... sometimes the right, sometimes the left

That would drive me crazy, it sounds like they need a good stomping on from high speed to clear off any surface contamination.

Have you thought about removing the ceramics completely and replacing with the normal RS6 steel setup? Sell on the Cermaics, unless you regularly track the car, they are really just for the aesthetic appeal. Would save you a lot of headaches (literally)

See here for some info regarding glazing/deglazing:

http://frixa.org/technical

Bedding-in is much more than just giving them a good "roasting". Might be worth taking the pads out and seeing if they are shiny and pitted like in the article- I am sure there are many more sites that will have even more information/guidance regarding glazing.

Ceramic or steel- glazing can be an issue and as I recall it sounds [on steel] very much like what you are experiencing.
