Loads have asked this question including for the C6?

Surely someone must make them? American market perhaps?

Well centre cravity said if they can't align my car by moving sub frame then they will fit ajustable arms so must be available somewhere

Have emailed awesome gti to see if they do them or if the a6 c7 arms fit

I'd imagine they are the same as the A7/S7/RS7 so opens up the whole american market. But when I looked before I couldn't find any.
