My grill doesn't have the Quattro badge so looking to change but £600+ for an OEM grill is a lot of cash. Anyone bought an eBay copy and if so what's quality like etc?

I have a pre facelift alu grille with a carbon lower part that I don't want. But it will be more than 600 quid (cost of the carbon).
I saw some of the copy ones one a trade stand at AITP. In isolation (ie not a side by side comeparison) they looked pretty good but never tried fitting one.

I bought the badge rather than the whole grille for £25 - was from the site recommended on here. took 5mins to fit
Screwed on - look back at one of my posts and you will see it.
Looks ok, I guess - not the real deal but like it and to 99.9% of other people, they won't notice or give a sh1t.

It wont look the same.. The Quattro badge on the quattrogrill is mounted deeper into the honeycomb grill then the emblem

Did you eventually buy a replacement grill and have you tried fitting it?
I recently bought one with the Quattro badge from xenonz.co.uk which is good quality. I was told that it's a full
Bumper off to fit and wondering how difficult it is to pull off to replace the grill?

No mate still deciding what to do as I want to change the splitter also but these carbon bits are bloody expensive

Careful if you are looking to buy a normal splitter that has been carbon skinned at the normal splitters are not as deep at the OEM carbon ones.

You may never notice the difference, just thought I'd mention it as it was something I noticed when fitting my carbon splitter.

I'd noticed having previously had an MTM on the C6 which was significantly more proud of the OEM which is more like a plaster lol
