After being gone from the fold for a while after selling the B7 RS, focusing on bricks and mortar, its time for me to look into a nice car again and your talk on deals to be had got me looking at the C7 RS6...
What I have on the table is:
C7 RS6, PE with 10k of extras with a discount of £15k (about 15%).
I realise the extras cause the discount to look bad, as its static irrespective of number of things I tack on. I really feel things like the carbon styling pack and alcantara headlining will add that little bit extra, making it feel special.
I see some of you have managed to get £16k discounts (about 17% of purchase price), how did you manage to get it to that level, my dealer is adamant this is as low as he can go as 'RS are not usually discounted at all'... (hmmm)
I am talking with Camberley Audi currently. I know I will bite if I can get another bit off, but we seem to be at stale mate.

I think discounts differ depending if you take Audi finance as this can add big discounts

Thought I read it was you MikeFish that got that level of discount. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe I am just being greedy...
Either way, amazing car that I need in my life

I managed just over 16% on a PE. The PCP payments worked out cheaper on a PE due to better projected residuals...

Just need to be cautious of builds now as you could easily creep into post 01/04/17 and the new car tax regime.

14.5% Allowing for everything on a PE. In the end I decided not to go ahead.

Look around. Audi finance a must for biggest discounts but some dealers have changeable preorders and may do a deal if you commit to one they don't have a buyer for. You can usually get -13% from dealer then take off Audi finance contribution too so get to 15-18%

So, finally pressed the button today on a PE with around 15.5% discount.
Very happy
I struggled greatly with the colour, first thinking Nardo, then thinking it was a bit 'marmite' and may impact resale when the time comes, then Sepang, but thought that was the most common colour choice on RS's and I wanted something different. I found the colour choice on this car very difficult, like others have said.
Then, I was test driving the dealers RS7 today, which happened to be Panther Black - I was sold, black when not in the sun, then when the sun comes out it is a beautiful bluey purple. So thats what I ordered. Very happy with the choice, I think the car looks great in an colour but pleased with 'Sex Panther Black'

Yep! I went through the same deliberation. I disregarded Nardo (which i LOVE) as i felt it was too fashionable and a bit look at me. Panther looks really good in the sun with the purple fleck; i'm really happy with it.

I considered nardo but thought it really needed the right light conditions to look good. Panther Black always looks good but even better in the sun.
I seriously considered nogaro too but couldn't wait 6 months for it.
