Of course I agree with getting uninsured drivers off the road.....no one intentionally doesn't not insure a car like this?

Yep, surely just some PR for the police! Can't believe it's anything other than an admin error.

Wouldn't be surprised if its some criminal who has lost his license and therefore can't insure it.

I figure it for PR.
Of course there are a selection of people on the road that get done for drunk drive and cannot get insurance but still continue to drive.
Given it is an RS6 and just a little bit easy to speed in it could also be someone who got banned for speeding and so could not get insurance.

I read that the owner let a friend drive it and they didn't have the correct insurance. The owner did get the car back shortly after so it was a bit of PR really.

Sounds like a young idiot to me? 24 year old driving iratically....
