I just bought my C7 from Belfast Audi. Obviously there is a years warranty as standard, but as part if the deal I asked for a second years warranty to be included, which they agreed to. I have had the paperwork through today, and the second years warranty is provided by Auto Protect, and was apparently only £780. The policy is called 'Agnews Warranty Gold incl Wear & Tear'. Claim limit is the purchase price, and Labour rate is £75 per hour.

I was under the impression the proper extended warranty was provided by Mondial?
Surely £75 per hour isn't going to cover the Audi labour rate?
Are they trying to mug me off with a crap warranty, and should I be demanding it be changed?

Looks like theve pulled a fast one.....might be a "decent" warranty but they will try anything to get out of a claim no doubt?

Did you not agree the extra year would be an Audi warranty?



I got an "alleged" all singing and dancing warranty with my Porsche....until I when to claim, despite small print saying electric motors where covered....just so happened the electric motor in my spolier wasn't!!!....

I thought as much! I will be kicking up a massive stink when I get hold of them.

Yeah do not let them fob you off with an Auto Protect warranty-that is a third party warranty.
