hello everyone. I have a c7 21" inch and ceramic brakes.
In my country is very expensive to buy car parts.
I am going to usa and i am going to buy front brake pads, but anyone knows if there is another ceramic brake padas that is better to the original one?
My car has 10.000 km, should i buy the rear one too? With how much km should i trade the rear ones?
What more can i buy? I think in windshield wiper...

I'm confused. Are you running Audi Ceramics? If so then surely you'll need the OEM pads which i guess would be cheaper in the US assuming you don't get caught returning to your country of residence with the pads, in which case you'll land a hefty bill.
If you've got the regular brakes then are you meaning regular pads with some ceramic elements as i don't think you can get ceramic pads to work on the stock discs? Lastly & i've no idea if they're available for the C7 RS6, but one of the best road/track pads iv'e used & still use are the Pagid RS29's which i could only source for my F10 M5 in the US so perhaps over there you'll be able to source for the RS6.

Pagid make a pad for the Ceramic Disc on the C6 RS6 (Pagid RSC1 E4910) but they don't make one right now for the C7 (different caliper) but one will be coming out later in the year.
