What's included into a base model

Post by Audiifan » Tue Jan 05, 2016 7:10 pm

Hello

What's included into a base Audi rs6 ?

Sport shift paddles included or not?

Does ceramic breaks better than metal ones?

Thanks

Been a very random start to the new year.
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there!

Too much to list here. Have a look at brochure / website/ configurator.
Yes you get shift paddles. Don't know if they are considered sporty or not.
I'd imagine ceramic brakes are better than steel. But are they 9k better?

Quite a lot - some nice wheels, seats etc - have you found the downloadable brochure yet on the Audi web site? It even lets you configure the car to your specifications which is a neat thing and then tells you how much you have to dream to pay for one.
Sport shift paddles - yes they are - useful for going fast down rivers on the road.
Ceramic and metal ones both break badly - marmite brakes are the best - its a new option you can order - perhaps just for the performance RS6 but should be also for the standard RS6 -ask your local dealer.

Post some pics of what you drive now

The "sweep" lights are standard on the new RS6. You can ask the dealer for the "sooty and sweep lights" which make the rear lights covers slightly tinted.

Yes, the sweeping indicators were standard for the facelift model.

Whats this sooty and sweep business? I know the rear lights are tinted as standard but then you lost me.
