As stated, stamp on the brakes a few times to clear the buildup. Happened on my B7, happens on the C7 after gentle driving. Easy fix, don’t panic.
If they truly are warped, the bedding in procedure wasn’t followed properly.

What do you guys mean by build up?
Is it :
1- the residue build up by the pads due to comfort braking all over the disk or
2- residue build up between the pad and the disk.
If 1 i can buy it but it should not give vibrations.
If 2 i wont buy it if this is heavy rust etc. (Had this on one of my prev cars. Standing with wet disk over 4 weeks. Had to change all of them after 2 months heavy braking)
In my case dealer has measured and left front is warped over the limit. L/r rear is also warped but just below limit.
Ref bedding in . Why come right front is OK??

Near side brakes often cause more issues in my experience ? debris in roadside ? running through standing water when hot. Who knows - had this on two of my cars though (I live in the sticks and lots of verge side muck and water).

But its difficult the even use the car when wet if brake components cannot take that.
Cannot have a car and change disks two times a year.Car is only 6 months old.
Right now my dealer do documentation on the issue on request from AG. I cannot see that the rep bill is for me.

Give Marcus a call, what he doesn't know about brakes / judder isn't worth knowing. He has worked on plenty of RS cars.

My C7 PE had the first set of brakes warp at about 3500 miles and became unusable around 5000. Replaced under warranty.
Then the wheels went. Whole different story.

It is number 1. you get high spots of pad residue on the disc so when braking you get a simialr sensation to a warped disc. I've had warped discs before and i've had pad residue before; they feel quite different. Pad residue in my experience was only felt under medium braking i.e. when braking very light or very hard it wasn't noticable, however, warped discs are noticable under all braking and the car feels like it is going to fall apart when braking at motorway speeds.

For 12 000 eur i can swap some disks
I wont track it and sometimes use it in -25 deg celsius so i dont see the point.
I friend has ceramics and the make a LOT of noise.
Only upside i see on this car is no brake dust.

They changed left front and the brakes are like new again.
Audi refused warranty due there was trace of overheating and came up with a fiction story how this could warp the disk !!!! I didnt help the car has MTM tune.
Called the salesdep and they took the 700 eur bill . This car is only 6 months
Took the "warped" disk with me to a brake specialist for a second opinion. They claim i has residue build up .

Folks,
Seems we've gone a month without chewing this one over. Just wondering if any new dealer experiences not recalled in the thread?
64plate been in the dealer for almost a week with judder at 40-80mph - front pads and discs changed at my cost 2months/2.5k miles ago, no judder just worn prior to change. Technician said he felt the judder through the seat and promptly changed the rear discs/pads and took £900 out of my wallet (he said they were 80% worn). Guess what, no change although they did try to say it felt 'marginally better'......
. Next they tell me they ordered a 'special tool' to measure the front discs for being warped - they are perfect according to them although the sceptical me thinks they are lining up ' we're not replacing the fronts as there is no manufacturing defect'.
Car still in the
Shop almost a week later awaiting the response from Audi regarding a technical query of what to do next - talk of wheel bearings..... Car has extended Audi warranty is currently into that. Likewise I assume the fronts are still under warranty separately as they were done directly with Audi. Been an expensive couple of months.....

I presume it's not buckled wheels which would give similar feeling if it has the OEM 21"?

They’ve not mentioned that yet but it does have the 21”s. They will probably have me pay for everything not covered by the warranty first before just throwing new front brakes on it.

**update**
So after the £900 to replace the rear discs/pads that did not need doing thhe issue is with the way the previous Audi dealer installed the new FRONT discs/pads. Apparently they did not perform the bed in process and there is no evidence the product is faulty; how they know this I've no idea but it is very convenient. The car was last serviced and brakes fitted by an Audi dealership in Vienna. Be told to go back there and raise, bit of a drive from Essex
or try speaking to Audi UK but there's nothing they can do...... Any suggestions on best approach with Audi UK folks?

Call Audi AG in Germany. I have had to escalate stuff to them before when I haven't had any joy from regional Audi. They speak English.
