Thanks!
He said late March /early April for delivery. Hoping for a little sooner based on delivery times of recent C7 orders but I have every expectation of delays due to some unforseen issue.

Residuals still unknown to dealer too. Based on normal C7 values for now.

Suspect they will be slower as I don't think they've gone into production yet.
How are they approving finance if residual not known? It's a fairly key component! Can't see it being vastly different to non PE.

I think they are basing it on the current RS6 values with the fact that the residuals will either be the same or higher and therefore monthly payments will either remain the same or drop. My guess is that the dealer doesnt have the values but they will be given when they try to arrange it woth their finance people tomorrow.

I've just noticed the order form refers to it as an RS6 Plus

I test drove a normal C7. Looked nice in Sprint blue but would have preferred it with black optics. Still loving those 20" wheels, really aggressive in the flesh.
It is definitely quick in a straight line but not so agile through the bends. The wife's RS3 is so much more chuckable through the bends. This might have been down to the demo car being on air but I'm hoping for slight improvement with the DRC.

That's whatever the dealer has described it as, not necessarily the official moniker.

Oh OK, thought it came off their system.

I'm surprised there's no spelling mistakes!

Spec is:
RS6 Performance
Panther black, crystal effect
Titanium package
21" x 9.5J '5-Spoke' star design titanium-look alloy wheel with 285/30 R21 tyres
Valcona leather/Alcantara quilted honeycomb, Black with Blue stitching
Headliner: Black
Advanced key with electric hands-free boot opening system
Audi Connect and Audi phone box
Dynamic package (DRC and dynamic steering, plus 174mph top speed)
Parking Pack Advanced
Without tow bar preparation
Plus the Performance standard equipment:
Sports Exhaust
Privacy glass
(as well as higher output engine, 21" wheels and Titan trim already mentioned)
I orignally had Carbon trim but thought it wasworth giving the no-cost titan a go. I can find the carbon bits on ebay.de for a reasonable cost so can always change later.
I also specced the Assistance Pack but only really wanted the adaptive cruise control and I think £2100 is too much for this so dropped it.
I almost didn't go for the advanced key as I don't actually want it, but I thought it wouldn't fell right without a Start button so took the £750 for basically getting a start button and making it more stealable. Does it also mean I can close the boot with the remote or do they all do this?
Delaer couldn't confirm if there were only 2 rear seats but neither of us could see any mention or picture of it in the in the brochure or on their internal system so am assuming 3 rear seats.
I didn't order the comfort pack as there is nothing in there I wanted, but assumed I'd still get a rear armrest even without the comfort pack (which add ski hatch). I get confused as the the rear armrest was an option with one of the packs and not standard on my wife's car and I forget which car comes with what.
