Well now, I've just discovered my non-dynamic RS6 already has the towbar fitted with all of the electrics. My clue came from @PhilMorrison who said he had to remove the diffuser panel (thanks Phil). So I looked for the panel - and spotted the ironwork behind it. My option Sticker doesn't make any reference to the towbar, but it's there. I've got the electric pull-cord in the near-side of the boot, and the towbar pops out from underneath. It looks like it's never seen daylight before.
Check your RS6s folks! Maybe we all got towbars as standard?

Yes, I have. Fitting the tow bar and wiring to the Audi RS6 isn't too complicated but we suggest getting a professional that has experience of fitting towbars to high-end vehicles to do the job. Not getting things right can be a very expensive experienceGaz129 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 8:07 amHas anyone successful managed to mount a tow bar on a carbon rs6 GB WhatsApp download

That's quite the hidden gem you've stumbled upon with your non-dynamic RS6! Kudos to @PhilMorrison for the tip on removing the diffuser panel. It's always a pleasant surprise when you find something useful that wasn't mentioned in the option Sticker. Enjoy the convenience of having the towbar and electrics ready to roll, and may your RS6 continue to surprise you in pleasant ways!youtube vanced
