Collection Next week!!!!!

Just had email from dealership to say car will be ready for handover next Friday!!! A week earlier than expected which is great, but my slightly supersticious side is twitching regarding the date!! 13TH and a Friday.

Any way after around 10 mins to think about I`d booked train ticket!! Long trip from Devon around to Crawley but cant wait.

Yep it's just a date, happens most years etc etc just enjoy the day, kick back on national rails finest grinning like an idiot all the way there :)



Of course if you accidentally fill it with diesel, kerb a wheel leaving the dealer or run over a bagful of kittens on the way home that's just unlucky I suppose.

im hoping i will be collecting mine next week to.
been keeping an eye on the tracker but it hasnt bloody moved from "your car has left Ingolstadt" for about a week now, but im not too sure how accurate it is, waiting for the dealer update.
My other car has already gone, managed to sell private rather than trade in for an extra £2750 so im kind of kicking my heals....

well all cars go to Emden
so looking on http://www.marinetraffic.com at that port there is only one ship with a destination to the known audi docking ports - Grimsby.
i know from my dealer that my car hasnt sailed yet so best guess has to be this.

i almost wish i wasnt told until it was at the dealers to prevent me stalking :sekret:

I done the exact same back in July. Ours was shipped to tee side. Arrived at the dealer as I was passing and managed to turn around and watch it being off loaded!! Best car I have ever had or been into be honest. An all rounder in every way!!

I had a mate take me out in his for the first time the other day and drove it hard, which i didnt get chance to do on the test and its a grin machine alright. He owns a few very nice cars (aston v12 vantage s, 997 turbo s and :bowdown: a genuine ac cobra) and he is over the moon with his! Def praise!!

good bunch of guys down at Crawley - really were good with the order process (despite Audi UK/AG trying to make it as much of a pain in the backside as possible) and also allowed me to send the detailer to two on site prior to picking up.

Enjoy picking up the new cars!
