Hi All
Just thought i would ask some advise.
Took the car to Hull Audi with a brake judder from the front and they have come back with 1 warped disk ?
AND
at 13K they are not under warranty even though the disks show little wear and they are not dis coloured etc.

I kicked up a fuss and even went to Audi customer service but i have been told its wear and tear.

Any advice ??

Steel or ceramic?
Have you had it from new?
Did you buy from hull audi?
If not have you tried where you purchased?
If used, from a dealer or private?
If used, when? Which dealer?
If all that doesnt help, have you considered leaving it outside the dealer till they fix it?
How much fuss have you kicked off with audi cs?

Had mine replaced under warranty! Both steel discs & pads.
Car had done about 18k
I was the 2nd owner, took it back to the main dealer who I purchased it from?
