Probably no interest to a lot of you, the RS6's are heavy old buggers anyway but I have some wheel weights for reference...

20 inch wheels, brand new - 8mm Pirelli Tyres..

21 inch wheels, 6.5mm (Part Worn) Continental Tyres..

6.5mm Continental tyre weight..

I know that the 8mm new tyre = 13.1kg

Which means....

20" OEM Wheel and Tyre = 25.8kg per corner
21" OEM Wheel and Tyre = 29kg per corner

Means you add around 13kg of additional weight with the 21" wheels, theoretically the car with the 20" wheels will accelerate marginally quicker.

Thanks for this !!! Rotational mass is very important to you and I :)
Those 21's are d@mn heavy.

They are heavy but then again I just don't think the RS6 looks right on the 20'' wheels, they look a little lost in the big arches. For the dragstrip though, yes, sure, the 20" wheel option is for the best.

I'm sure that doesn't make much difference with a car the size of a small ship :D
