Hybrid turbos from The Turbo Engineers (TTE) rated to 900bhp, so called 9xx. They're what Jon Olsson has on his monster of an RS6. You didn't really ask for details, I figured if you didn't know you could have googled it.

I think filters, cooling and exhaust are recommended to make the most of it, but not necessarily required? And if I had one, which I don't, I'd get MRC to remap it. That car was featured on the landing page for RS246 for a few weeks not that long ago. I don't think anyone in the UK is (yet) running such a beast but i could be wrong.

That will be the ultimate beast 
However saying that, the Russian Total Race RS7 oufit ditched the hybrids and are now running 2X EFR Borg Warner turbos. They making silly power on it. They required a host of cooling and fueling modifications to be done on it.
