Anyone know how to go about removing the front number plate bracket and the badge?
Ive tried figuring out how the badge is held in place, as it appears to be a clip on type, but cant figure out where/which direction the clips at the back need to be pulled/pushed in order to remove the badge.
Also asthe registration Ive now assigned for the car is short, Ive had them made on shorter than full width plates. Not an issue for the rear, but the front will look a bit odd as the black plate bracket is full width.
Anybody know how this comes off so I can look at options on how to affix the plate?

Remove front number plate surround and badge
Hi
The front plate surround is held on by 2 screws, take off the plate then there are two screws underneath. Undo & the whole surround then simply pulls off.
The front badge was a bit more tricky, but ill try to explain.
Open bonnet, pop off connecters to the slam panel and remove.
I then used my phone to take a pic of the rear of the badge. It was covered in glue & goop .. but bottom line is its a 2 piece unit.
The front part clips into a bar at the back, they are both removable. You basically feel for the clips and push them towards the center of the badge whilst pulling it at the front.
Its a bit fidddly, but looks much better IMO
