wrapping

Post by qwick69 » Fri Feb 27, 2015 5:01 pm

My current RS6 is Estoril Blue, but I am considering changing it to a nice bright orange :P :P
Can anyone recommend a good company in the Cambridgeshire area that could take on such an horrendous project ... I just have this attraction to Orange !!!
Also, when a come to sell the car in the not to distant future, can the wrap be removed without damaging the original colour.
Thanks in advance

Hi, try Paul at PW Pro in mansfield. He's not that close to you but his work is outstanding and you've really got to be careful who does the work. I had a company wrap my new 911 turbo prior to collection and not only was the finish awful they cut the film on the car and scratched every panel. I've used Paul on a number if my cars, he's swissvax authorised and his attention to detail is insane. I think last year he redid the wrap in 2-3 BMW m5 f10 frozen editions as BMW couldn't get it right. I've got my car booked in with him for a complete wrap into the door shuts etc. I've always been over the moon with his work. Here's a link to one of my cars he did, hes certainly worth a chat with as he may know someone closer to you too

If I was going to have my car wrapped it would be in order to make it Estoril Blue. Still mourning the fact that that colour was dropped :boohoo:

Have you thought of having it plastic sprayed (whatever it is called)? Seems safer than wrapping - i read so many horror stories of wrappers scratching the paintwork where they cut the wrap.

I would recommend TotallyDynamic. But only the Redhill one and Petre to do the job you won't get any better
