Front Lip/Splitter damaged- how to remove?

Some inconsiderate git has damaged the front lip/splitter of the RS! Does anyone know if this is a bumper off Job, or can it be accessed from underneath? Booked in on Thursday to get it replaced, Audi garage unsure how much disassembly is required to get to it.

Not sure how exactly it was done, however I know it wasn't there on the Thursday evening, and I then discovered it late Friday morning. I had parked near where some building work was being carried out outside our local Screwfix on the Friday morning (still a considerable distance away though!) so I suspect that it was one of those concrete blocks that support temporary barriers that did the damage as there seems to be a couple of impact marks on the top and not just the front edge. Just "lucky" it didn't hit anything else! Why anyone would need to have come so close to any car with one of those I have no idea. I did wonder why the guy with the JCB was looking in my direction as I was leaving- I presumed he was just enjoying the fantastic lines of the car and the exhaust burble!

Found this online but doesn't make it any clearer (to me) how to remove the lip [18]

Part was replaced in under 30mins. There was a lot of debate regarding whether the bumper needed to come off (the last thing I wanted- not a cost issue more concerned about alignment/fit). ELSA(?) system "estimated" the job at 2 hours. Thanks to the guide from LittleDevil, the techicians agreed to follow it first to see if was possible without removing the bumper.
