Engine Oil Service

A couple of questions for fellow RS6 (and all S/RS) owners out there:
-When do you plan to perform your first oil change service? (MMI says it's due for me in about 10,000 miles, which seems too far away to me)
-What oil brand and specification do you plan on using - or are you just going to let Audi Service provide it?
Thoughts/comments/recommendations ?

As I plan to keep this one it will be done every 6-7k miles.
Partly as I have a good local specialist near and as I always then know that its had the best life.
Cheers

Granted not an RS6, but an RS4, on order.
My plan was to do a Liqui moly engine oil flush and new liqui moly oil and filter within a week of getting the car.
Anyone got any thoughts? Maybe they do a flush at Audi after a brief run in/ start up as part of the build process? I would prefer new stuff in there rather than harbouring any of the build process and new motor start up residue .... or is that old school these days?
So I'm following the same thought pattern as s4geo but with a twist.
Also, I'm never sure a dealer puts the good stuff in ?! But I'd like to believe they do ...
Oh yeh ...

Lunar silver seats and silver headlining (prefer "light workspace" to "black hole"

)
Dynamic everything except steering

Standard forged wheels - although I nearly changed to the V spokes but want to fly under the radar a bit and the forged wheels are lighter

Front and rear seat heating
Body coloured mirror
Digital radio
