Winter wheels/tyres on C7 RS6

I'm wondering about whether to get some winter tyres (would be 21's as my car is coming with the optional 21's) or some whole winter wheels that are smaller (probably 20's?) as my car is meant to be ready for collection from Scotland around the 1st week of January, so if I'm going to do it then I may as well fit them straight off.

What's peoples general thoughts on winter tyres? Do any of you guys that have a C7 already (or a C6 for that matter) run winter tyres - and if so then do you just change the tyre or go for a complete winter wheel set?

One final thought - does anyone know good websites to buy genuine Audi parts from Germany - as I know they definitely sell winter wheels for the C7 RS6 as part of the ordering process (and probably post-purchase as well) - as opposed to going to a stealer in the UK?

Will probably have to go for smaller rim with winter rubber.

Not sure if a set of 19's would fit over the brakes properly (even the standard brakes) and to be honest I wouldn't want to fit wheels smaller than the recommendation from Audi on to a £90k car just in case of problems (particularly insurance not paying out for example!)

Audi sell a 20" winter wheel package on the continent (it's possible to order from UK and have them shipped, as annoying they not available yet available here even though I've chased Audi UK) picture attached with spec and pricing.
