Good Morning All,

my names Parm and after 7 odd months in my 911 turbo my wife's nagging finally convinced me its was too small of long journeys with my 6 & 8 year old boys. Only choice was a fast family car and going by the under estimated S8 and S6 performance figures I went of a Daytona grey RS6 C7. Sure it's going to be a hoot and the kids will be further from ear shot!!
Does any one have an idea of what the real world 0-60 etc could be if the S6 & S8 are so much quicker than their book values??

Looking forward to details on this machine, I think you might be the first forum member order.

I'm very excited and looking forward to bringing it along to some forum meets. I don't have a delivery time yet as I only ordered it in Friday from Leicester Audi, I have however been told approx 3-4 . I did try to hold back on the extras but ended up with:
Daytona grey
Silver leather
Heated rear seats
Pan roof
Sports exhaust
Dynamic pack (Which includes led headlight , raised tip speed, sports diff and normal spring setup suspension plus other stuff??)
Chrome pack(carbon was insanely priced!!)
Privacy glass
Plus a few other bits but can't remember to be honest!!

You didn't fancy keeping the 911 and getting a run around as well?

Hoping to have a drive of one when they land, will probably take the plunge next year, though don't think I'll punt on a new one.

Lol!!! No the 911 had to go as I couldn't get the kids in the back (comfortably) so I did 2800 miles from new since Jan just driving to the gym and back !! Plus I love the look of the new RS6, it's very aggressive

Congrats buddy, no doubt you'll enjoy it. I'm interested in one if these too in the future.
