RS6 C7 Order UK status - please add

Yep, I've had two jollies out of Porsche and I'm not even a customer. Aside from the rs4 event at Millbrook Audi have done diddly squat.

That feeling of 'i've given too much money to Audi & now they take me for granted' is one i've suffered with many times.

I do have an excellent relationship with my local dealer from who'm i've bought 2 x TT's, an S8, an RS6, an RS4, a Q5 & 2 x A8's, but the overall Audi experience isn't as it should be given the premium badge & price. Looking to get an S1 this year to replace the Q5, but each time i for my car try to return to Audi it just never works out.

TBH & perhaps some will have different experiences, but the Customer Service i got from BMW when rejecting my F10 M5 was second to none, they couldn't do enough & compensated me without any fight or pressure from me. They realised their premium product had let me down & rectified this situation quickly & satisfactorily.

Just had this update from M25 Audi regarding the facelift time scale. It says the pricing and spec will be available by the end of the month. but with there resent performance with announcements I wont hold my breath. the guy I'm dealing with in M25 audi has been spot on. as soon as he recieves any info he's straight on with it. It's just a shame Audi UK are slow releasing the info to the dealers.

My Update should be tomorrow .. I know Basingstoke will ring me as promised (they have been good), however I don't hold much hope for a good update

To add Salt to the wound I got a letter from Audi Camberley inviting me to an Audi Sports Car day " to experience the S series, RS4 and R6 and the R8 at a local hotel ... " I away on business that day otherwise I'd have rang them and asked "which RS6 are you showing and can I really order one ?"

I had my Friday call .. Dealer was adamant that the RS6 status would "be by end of September, and its only 4 days more Graeme .. trust me ..." so we are stayining until tomorrow (30th)

Also pretty much failed to buy a Panamera GTS as UK has used the allotment of orders for this year and earliest booking will be November for a March Delivery .. At leats Porsche are crystal clear on what they can and cant do and when slots will be available, which I guess is the thing thats annoying me re Audi and the "hidden / nothingness of their info"

Unless my eyes are deceiving me, the price for the RS6 is now up on the Audi UK website, and starts £250 less than the pre-facelift, but includes matrix LED as standard.

I guess the rub will come in the form of options & their prices....

Certainly is there £76,780 but no further updates re options or anything to do still a pic of the car and price that's all.

Hope they update it later today to allow to configure etc but I doubt it. Keep us posted guys with any updates.

Looking forward to the new configurator and now understand why my order back in March (same as GLM) was taking so long...

Personally I feel I have dodged a bullet with the facelift and my previous order.

Lewy it's a funny one I was same as you ehhh where is it . It directly does not come up straight away when u click on models and when they appeared at the bottom of the screen only then did the price appear. It is there definitely just when it pops up hard to explain hahaha.

I would suggest that the info is old, new price has not been confirmed.

Lewy, what has your dealer advised? MY14 cars are still being built and it is possible a build could yet be allocated.
